Is this the right meal for today?
This is a short tomato-based beef sauce for a weeknight pasta meal. It does not claim the long cooking method or exact composition of a traditional regional ragù.
Plan the method before you start
The recipe uses ground beef, so follow its ground-meat temperature instruction. Begin the pasta while the sauce simmers, and keep optional parmesan separate if you are still deciding how to finish the plate.
