Editorial standards & corrections
Useful food decisions depend on knowing what a page actually establishes—and what it does not.
Who is responsible
MealWhirl is published under the MealWhirl name. The independent site operator is responsible for the meal tool, corrections, and the content presented here. We do not claim a chef, dietitian, medical reviewer, or regional food historian as an author. You can reach the operator through the contact page or mehoo1688@gmail.com. Our About page explains the purpose and scope of the site.
How the content is made
The site and supporting copy were developed with AI assistance. Recipe ideas are simplified home-cooking adaptations, with ingredient lists and steps kept together so readers can inspect the version described. They are not presented as original culinary inventions. We do not claim that an AI draft establishes culinary expertise or that all content has received professional or independent human review.
Three kinds of evidence
Tool verification: we can check that named filters change the visible recipe pool, that links reach the intended pages, and that ingredient matching follows the stated rules. The worked examples in our guides can be repeated on the site. This establishes how the software behaves, not how a dish tastes.
Recipe preparation: the current recipes have not yet been kitchen-tested by MealWhirl. Cooking times are estimates. We do not describe them as “tested,” “foolproof,” or based on our own cooking experience. A future cooking report would need its own date, the version cooked, quantities, equipment, observed timing, changes, and photographs from that cook.
Photography: food photographs show real dishes, with separate source and license details in Photo credits. They illustrate the dish, rather than prove that our adaptation was cooked or tasted. Serving details and optional accompaniments can differ.
Sources and claims
We link official sources for food-handling temperatures and the cultural context we discuss. Such links support the particular information cited; they are not an endorsement of MealWhirl. We do not publish invented nutrition figures, customer testimonials, ratings, professional credentials, or claims that a recipe treats a health condition. Dietary labels describe listed ingredients and do not certify packaged products or allergen safety.
Corrections and updates
Report an unclear instruction, ingredient mismatch, photo attribution issue, or regional description with the page URL and the detail that needs attention. The operator can then inspect the recipe and related filters together. We do not promise a response time we cannot guarantee. A substantive revision should identify what changed; a displayed publication date does not mean a recipe has been tested on that date.
The focus of this site is everyday meal decisions. New content should help a reader choose, compare, or prepare a meal; unrelated topics do not belong in the collection. The tool currently has no ads, sponsored outcomes, or paid placements. See Privacy Policy for browser storage and third-party resource requests.
